 We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible!
Once your order has been received, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

During restocks, special launches, or busy holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer, but don’t worry, we’ll email you as soon as your magical order is on its way! ✨

 Yes, we do! UniScoops ships worldwide 🌍💖

Please note that international customers may be required to pay customs or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you have questions, check with your local customs office before ordering.

 We work hard to scoop and ship your goodies as quickly as possible!

• Typical processing time: 7-10 business days
   
• Typical delivery time: 10–14 business days after shipment
   
• During major restocks or new launches, please allow up to 14 business days before your order ships.
   

🕒 Business days refer to Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. national holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (or text message) that includes your tracking number.
You can use that tracking link to see where your UniScoops package is on its journey to you!

If you don’t see your email, check your Spam or Promotions folder — sometimes our sparkly messages end up hiding there!

Please contact us right away at uniscoops25@gmail.com or 678-383-9920 if you notice a mistake in your order details.
We’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or issue refunds for incorrect addresses.
If you receive the wrong item by mistake, contact us and we’ll get it corrected as soon as possible.

All sales are final — once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it.
We take great care to pack and ship your scoops quickly, so please double-check your items before checkout 💕 

 This can happen if the shipping address was entered incorrectly or if the parcel wasn’t collected from your local post office in time.
If your package is returned to us, please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and
   
• You’ll need to purchase a new shipping label for us to resend your package.
   

We’ll notify you via email if your package makes its way back to us.

 Because our scoops are limited and curated by hand, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 10 days of delivery at uniscoops25@gmail.com — we’ll make it right!
